Each file covers up to 40 pages, then ₹2 per page. A page is one side of a sheet: a double-sided sheet counts as 2 pages. Backlogs over 10,000 files: 10% off per file. Package C: physical file retrieval ₹100 per file; storage after 5 years ₹10 per file per year. One file is one PDF in a patient's MRD. Extra users ₹2,000 per user per year. Prices exclude GST.

Common questions
Can we add beds or modules later?
Yes. Plans are modular: upgrade your bed tier or switch on modules such as OT or lab integration at any time.
Are training and data migration included?
Yes. Importing tariffs, patient registers and pharmacy stock, plus staff training in Gujarati, Hindi or English, is included with annual plans.
How do WhatsApp prescriptions work?
After a consultation the doctor sends a PDF prescription to the patient's WhatsApp number. Patients don't need to install anything.
What do we need for on-premise?
We provide a hardware specification, then install and configure a Linux server on your network with automated encrypted backups.
How are insurance claims tracked?
The TPA desk tracks pre-authorisation requests, interim approvals, final settlements and patient co-pay on the patient's bill.
